Upgrade to the Latest Version of PipeIQ for Reliable Flow Calculations

FAAST LT Front 2 Channel

Introduced in 2014, the European-made FAAST LT aspirating smoke detectors have been successful in a variety of projects over the past five years.

FAAST LT detectors are configured using a computer application called PipeIQ, supplied by System Sensor, the manufacturer of FAAST units. Unfortunately there is a bug in PipeIQ versions 2.9.1 and 2.9.2. This bug affects the flow calibration of FAAST LT units manufactured in 2015 and 2016 (with date codes from 0515T to 5116T).

We recommend that users upgrade to PipeIQ version 2.9.3  The use of this version will ensure correct flow calibration for all FAAST LT detectors.

Pertronic Industries are sorry for any inconvenience resulting from the bug in System Sensor’s PipeIQ software.

PipeIQ v2.9.3 may be downloaded from the System Sensor (Europe) Download Centre.
