Addressable Wall-Mount Strobe

Addressable Wall-Mount Strobes (WxL-PC-I00) are loop-powered visual alarm devices that plug in to System Sensor analogue addressable detector bases such as the B501AP.

Each WxL-PC-I00 can be individually activated (addressed) by a fire panel over an analogue addressable loop.

Features

• Addressable visual alarm device
• Suitable for wall mounting
• Plugs in to B501AP and compatible detector bases
• White or red flash, once every two seconds (0.5 Hz)
• Mounting height for AS 7240.23 compliance:
• Red Flash: Up to 3.6 metres
• White Flash: Up to 3.8 metres
• Rotary address switches for loop address configuration
• Up to 99 addresses available
• B501AP base facilitates field wiring continuity check without WxL-PC-I00 device plugged in
• Built-in loop isolator
• Compatible with the optional anti-tamper feature on the B501AP and compatible detector bases. When activated, the anti-tamper feature inhibits unauthorised removal of the alarm device.
• Complies with EN54-23, which is equivalent to Australian Standard AS 7240.23 for "Visual Alarm Devices"

Notes:

1. WxL-PC-I00 strobes cannot be synchronised. In situations where more than one VAD will be visible, WxL-PC-I00 strobes will not satisfy the requirements of AS 1670.1:2018 section 3.22.4

2. WxL-PC-I00 VADs are not compatible with the B501AUS detector base. They need the deeper B501AP type.
